Privacy Policy
FineLabs, LLC · Effective date: August 22, 2026
FineLabs, LLC (“FineLabs,” “we,” “us”) is a Delaware limited liability company based in California. This policy explains what information we collect when you use finelabsai.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and honest. If anything is unclear, email us at [email protected].
The short version:this is a marketing website. We don't run ads, we don't use analytics or tracking cookies, we don't sell data, and we don't build profiles of visitors. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. If you use our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, organization, and message. You decide what to share. Name and email are the only required fields.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is standard server logging used for security and to keep the site running; we don't use it to identify or track you.
Anti-spam check. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile may process limited technical signals from your browser and network to do this. It does not show you ads or track you across other sites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Your display preference. If you switch the site between light and dark mode, we store that choice in your browser's local storage so it's remembered next time. This stays on your device, contains no personal information, and is not a tracking cookie.
What we don't collect. We do not use analytics services, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking cookies. We do not ask you to create an account. We do not process payments on this site. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you send through the contact form for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to communicate with you about working together. We do not use it for marketing emails or newsletters; we don't have one.
We use automatically collected technical data only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
3. Legal basis
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies (for example, if you are in the EU or UK), we rely on:
- Your consent, when you choose to submit the contact form.
- Our legitimate interests, in operating a secure website and responding to business inquiries, balanced against your rights.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Period.
We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and only for those purposes:
- Cloudflare— hosts the website, delivers the contact form, and provides the anti-spam check.
- Google Workspace— delivers and stores the email your contact form generates.
These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
5. International transfers
FineLabs operates in the United States, and our providers process data in the US. If you are outside the US, your information will be transferred to and handled in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using the contact form, you understand this.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain any ongoing business relationship that follows. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, email us and we will. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period according to its standard practices.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correctit if it's inaccurate
- Delete it
- Object to or restrict how we use it
- Receive a copy in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (typically 30 days). We will never charge you or treat you differently for exercising these rights.
If you're in the EU or UK and believe we haven't handled your data properly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California privacy law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those described here. You may contact us to exercise your rights as described above.
8. Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only data stored in your browser is your light/dark mode preference (described above), which is functional and contains no personal information. Because we use no non-essential cookies, we don't show a cookie banner.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.
10. Links to other sites
Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
