These terms govern your use of finelabsai.com (the “Site”), operated by FineLabs, LLC (“FineLabs,” “we,” “us”), a Delaware limited liability company based in California. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the Site.

The short version:this is an informational website about our services. You're welcome to browse it and contact us. Don't misuse it, don't copy our content as your own, and understand that nothing here is a binding offer or professional advice until we've actually signed something together.

The Site describes FineLabs and the consulting and technology services we offer. It is for general information. It is not an offer to provide services, a contract, or professional advice. Any engagement with FineLabs is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FineLabs and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree to defend and hold FineLabs harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.

11. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
